Welcome to the contract for the publication of the International and Comparative Law Journal. This contract outlines the terms and conditions for contributors, editors, and the publisher to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the journal.

This agreement is entered into by and between the International and Comparative Law Journal (hereinafter referred to as “the Journal”) and the contributor (hereinafter referred to as “the Author”).
